Kimberly C Bell
With over 35 years of healthcare experience ranging from pre-hospital emergency medicine, military, emergency nursing to acute care leadership Kimberly is a trusted leader of individuals and seeks to improve healthcare for better outcomes and compassionate care.
Kimberly Bell is formerly the Vice President of AdventHealth’s Cardiovascular Institute. She oversees a network of care for heart, lung and vascular services across Orlando and the Central Florida division, encompassing 20 facilities. Kimberly has over 20 years’ experience within advanced cardiac and vascular specialties, including academic medical facilities, community, and tertiary care centers.
Over the past 3 years Kimberly not only led the Cardiovascular Institute but took on the challenge of General Surgery, Gastrointestinal and hepatology, Colon, and rectal surgery as well as Advanced lung disease for the leading Health System in Orlando, Florida.
Prior to joining AdventHealth, Kimberly was the administrator of the Sentara Heart cardiovascular product line in Norfolk, Virginia, overseeing cardiovascular care at 12 facilities, across three states.
Kimberly has a Master of Science in Nursing with Health Systems Leadership focus from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. She is a member of the American College of HealthCare Executives and the American College of Cardiovascular Administrators. She is a former board member of the Virginia Cardiac Surgery Quality Initiative and was eastern region lead of the Virginia Heart Attack Coalition. Kim has collaborated in several publications. She is also a valued member of the American Heart Association and the 2020-21 Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Cabinet Chair.


Prof. Gopal Krishna Mahadev
Dr. Mahadev MD, MRCS, AFRCS, MRCS, FRCS(Gen. Surgery), is on a crusade of affordable & accessible Healthcare & Education Globally.
He served as a Consultant Surgeon in the UK prior to retiring in 2019.
His main interest is Healthcare Education and delivery which led him to be associated with the Royal College of Surgeons of England as well as several other Universities in the UK.
He pioneered the World's first Healthcare Academy, set up in 2014 teaching 2000 Secondary school girls at Flixton Girls Schools, Manchester, UK. He also designed the World's first apprenticeship program in healthcare which is now a government flagship program in the UK through a parliamentary act.
His strategic planning along with Business /Financial plan has been responsible for two medical schools - one in the UK which commenced in 2020 and the other in Jacksonville, Florida due to commence 2024/5.
Dr Mahadev’s companies has been awarded two major UK Government contracts including developing Healthcare technology, Medical Devices and Diagnostic centres.
His Global partners include MICROSOFT and other major companies in these projects.
His company in the UK is instrumental in creating several healthcare education Institutions across the Globe.
